The "100 Push-Ups - Be Stronger" app is a structured workout program designed to enhance upper body strength through a focused approach to push-up training. Program Rules: Before commencing your training, perform an initial test to determine your maximum number of consecutive push-ups. Based on this result, select an appropriate program and begin your regimen. After each set, use the designated button to activate a rest timer and adhere to the suggested rest periods or adjust as needed while maintaining a balanced diet.

Example: If your test reveals you can perform 43 push-ups, opt for a program categorized for those completing 41-45 push-ups. It’s advisable to take a two-day rest after the initial recovery test.
